Brief Character Description:
Mark Cohen comes from a Jewish family in New Jersey. He has blond hair, wears glasses, is tall and thin. His favorite hobby is filming, and he is often seen with a movie camera, which was his graduation gift from his parents. He has always had problems fitting in, but prized himself on his individuality. He longs to find people as strange as him, but is unwilling to compromise anything for it.
His parents had been bugging him to go for a "real" job, but Mark's only goal in life is to pursue a career in filmmaking, even if it means going against his parents' wills. Since they don't want to see him going to a liberal arts college, he's on his own financially. But, he still manages to get at least one voice mail a day from them.
He is shy and akward in social situations, but isn't afraid to speak his mind when it's concerning something meaningful to him. He can be very gullible, and is often roped into doing things he normally wouldn't, especially when it concerns friends or possible future girlfriends.
